AMALU // Private Styling Session

Last week, we hosted two private styling sessions in our showroom for our clients, together with Jelena Milič. The sessions delivered direct insight into the Clarity Collection and the way individual pieces function as a system of combinations that adapt to different parts of the day and occasions. Through the process, Jelena demonstrated various ways of styling AMALU pieces and opened up a broader perspective on their use from morning workouts and everyday routines to evening outings without the need for a complete wardrobe change. This versatility is precisely what defines our Clarity Collection. The collection is rooted in the principles of sustainable fashion, where garments are not designed as one-time solutions, but as long-term wardrobe essentials. A single piece is not tied to just one occasion but, through styling it can be adapted to different contexts throughout the day.

The collaboration with Jelena was created with connection to the AMALU brand vision: viewing clothing as something that goes beyond a single purpose. The AMALU vision developed by founder Senka Umek, places its core in the idea that garments are not just trends, but thoughtfully designed, sustainable fashion pieces that move with you. The private styling session thus served as a tangible demonstration of this approach in practice.

Who is Jelena Milič?

Jelena Milič is a stylist with international experience, having lived in Canada for many years and collaborated with fashion houses such as Hermès and Alexander McQueen. During the styling session, she did not rely solely on predefined “looks,” but rather on an understanding of garments, how they are worn, how they move, and how they adapt to the individual. The private styling session further confirmed that AMALU pieces are not defined by trends, but by the way they are worn and this is precisely what gives them their longevity.
