What's your shipping policy?

We deliver products worldwide, with shipping costs calculated based on your order amount, delivery destination, and preferred shipping method. You will see the exact shipping fees clearly presented during the checkout. Delivery times generally range from 1 to 3 business days for shipments within Slovenia, 3 to 7 business days across the European Union, and between 5 and 15 business days for destinations outside the EU, depending on the location. Please be aware that shipments sent outside the EU may incur additional customs fees, import taxes, or local charges, which must be covered by the customer. All packages are handled by reliable international shipping partners, and once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

What's your payments policy?

We offer several convenient payment options, including bank transfer via pro forma invoice, credit card payments securely processed through Stripe (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and PayPal. All prices include VAT, and the final price along with shipping costs will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

What's your refund policy?

At Amalu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package. Before sending any item back, please contact us at customercare@amaluthebrand.com to request a return form. Once the form is completed, we will inform you whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will receive the return shipping address. Returned items must be: unused, undamaged, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Please note: Items that do not meet the return conditions may be sent back to you. If the product is damaged, please report it to our email within 3 days of receiving it.

Is there an age restriction for your events?

Yes, even though our events often take place during the day and no alcohol is served, our policy remains 18+. Entry is only permitted to guests who are 18 years of age or older.
