These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers purchasing products through www.amaluthebrand.com.

1. Orders and Contract Formation

A purchase on this website is considered a binding agreement between the customer and the provider once the customer receives an email confirmation of the order. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT (if applicable). We accept the following payment methods: Credit card payments (via Stripe) or Bank transfer (by agreement). The total amount, including shipping costs, is clearly displayed before the order is completed.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary based on the order value, destination, and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times: Slovenia: 1–3 business days, European Union: 3–7 business days, International (non-EU): 5–15 business days, depending on destination.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or personalised items and for products which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery (In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act).

5. Complaints and Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide evidence (e.g., photos) via email: customercare@amaluthebrand.com.

6. Personal Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We use your data solely for order fulfillment, communication, and—if you opt in—for sending newsletters and event updates.

7. Liability

We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or terms at any time without prior notice. We strive for accuracy but do not accept liability for typographical errors or website downtime.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
